ENEFIRST Plus aims at providing hands-on support for the implementation of the EE1st (Energy Efficiency First) principle, notably by illustrating how it can be done in typical situations.
This has been through 8 pilot cases done in the four partner countries:
- CROATIA: Energy Efficiency First in transmission planning (case 1) and Embedding Energy Efficiency First in National Energy Planning (case 2)
- GREECE: Implementing EE1st in Heating and Cooling Plans (case 1) and Implementing EE1st in Transport Planning (case 2)
- ITALY: Embedding the EE1st principle into SECAPs (case 1) and Applying EE1st to SECAP actions through good practices (case 2)
- POLAND: Small end users in demand response programs (case 1) and Integrated financing module for residential buildings (case 2)
